Hard to believe that in two weeks four days we will be leaving. We have been working on this for 22 months now. We have been talking about going forever it seems like. Alyssa is going to be really surpised when Kailyn turns out to be a real person. She has almost become her imaginery friend. I was talking to a lady in the mall yesterday and she said don't forget about Kailyn. She always makes her a part of all of our life. It will be interesting for her to finally meet the real Kailyn.
I have to admit that I am addicted to many blogs. It has made the time move along faster to be able to watch other families be united with their children. The exictement is starting to build.
We have plans to look at bridesmaid dresses today.
Today would have been my parents 61st wedding anniversary.

Good luck as you finish up your preparations and head out for Ukraine. I look forward to following your journey. We adopted two boys from western Ukraine last summer. It's a WILD, crazy, and completely life transforming ride, but so worth it! So, fasten your seat belt, keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times, hold on tight, and enjoy it.
It's almost time! I remember the craziness leading up the trip and can't imagine throwing a wedding in on top of it all! Hang on! You're in for the ride of your life! :)
Best wishes as you prepare to travel! The one thing I wished I had done is learn more of the language!! It might be a little late for that though...
