Once again we did not get any pictures of Jaryd. Life just seems to fly by when you have four of them together. Tomorrow we are going to try and have one of the other couples take a picture of all six of us. The orphanage where Kailyn and Jacob are are wanting us to leave a picture and write a comment in their photo album. So I will have to get that printed.
We found out today that we will not probably get the children until Wednesday. We will not be able to go to Doneteprotosk until Tuesday. I haven't told Jaryd yet because he will be a little disappointed. I think he is ready to live at our house. He took a shower tonight and used most of Kevin's shampoo. We had a little discussion after he finished with his shower. He looks wonderful all clean and smelling good. We let him put his new shoes on because the tennis shoes he has been wearing smell horrific. You can't stand to be in the same room with them.
I cooked Borzsch tonight for supper. It as good. Alec had shown us a package to just add potatoes to and we cooked that and we also added a little bit of beef. I was suprised. I liked it. Kevin is not really big on eating soup. But he did like it too. Jaryd didn't seem to think that it was too good. Oh well it was food. Alyssa is a soup fan so she ate all of hers.
Pictures
1. All the kids running for the same ball.
2. Jacob kicking the ball.
3. Kailyn has sticky balls on the front of her dress. They came from a dart board game. She stuck them on her dress. The balls are orange, yellow, and green.
4. Alyssa not so impressed with her brother's soccer skills.
Jaryd did much better today. He has been having a little bit of problems with obedience. But, today was much better. He seemed to turn a corner. We still have a long way to go, but he is moving in the right direction.
That's about all for today. Oh I did clean the apartment this afternoon.

Kevin & Tammy~ Great to hear the updates! So many of the things you post remind me of our time visiting our 2 at the orphanage...Kaitlyn's activity level reminds me of Vitali. He was in constant motion a lot on our visits at the orphanage. Now, that we are home, he is still very active, but it seems to be more bearable as I am sure, like us, you found how exhausting it can be while there. We also had issues of disobedience on our visits with the 10 year old, which was also exhausting and now, that we are home, we are able to discipline better and set boundaries. There are still discipline issues as I am sure there will be for a while, but it has definitely gotten MUCH better with the consistentcy. I am so thankful that in our weakness, GOD IS STRONG!!! I know that God will bless you abundantly for the responsiblities that you have taken on with these children...you are amazing!
